BIBLE HARMONY book series presents a harmonized chronology of the New Testament accounts. All dates are approximate and are based on the determination that Jesus was crucified on Friday, April 7, AD 30. Every effort has been made to present an accurate chronology of the New Testament events. The 27 books of the New Testament were written by several men of different backgrounds and levels of education, over a period of several decades, under various circumstances (e.g., on missionary journeys, in prisons, in exile), on two different continents (Asia and Europe). Yet there is a remarkable harmony in their eyewitness accounts and teachings. Such harmony provides strong evidence that the New Testament scriptures were inspired by God; otherwise, the historical record of the New Testament could not have been written with such unerring accuracy. The purpose of the book series is to highlight and trace this harmony. Hopefully, it will serve as a tool in your study of the Bible.
Warning: The harmonization and commentary are based on my understanding of the Bible and my research. If you find any shortcomings, they are my shortcomings, not those of the Bible. Your constructive criticism of this work is welcome.

Explanation of some of the features of the color-coded version:
1) Color-coded Bible verses for easy reading and understanding of the Bible account in harmonized chronology. This feature preserves the full text of the Bible verses, which allows you to check the harmony. (If you want to read the Bible account in harmonized chronology, skip the gray colored text of the Bible verses in the book.)
2) Some texts are highlighted with different colors for the purpose of connecting the same thought/information with the coordinating highlighted color.
Digital Atlas of the Roman Empire:
Digital Atlas of the Roman Empire has been moved from its former website http://dare.ht.lu.se to a new website https://imperium.ahlfeldt.se , which is now functional but works differently from the previous website. For example, type Troas in the search, click on “Ancient name” and it will give you its modern name (spatial coverage) Dalayanköy. Click on it and you will find it on the map. However, if you type Antioch in the search and click on “Ancient name”, it will give you number of places that had this name in the past and if you are searching for Antioch of Pisidia, you would have to know its historical name Antiochia/Col. Caesarea or its modern name (spatial coverage) Yalvaç to be able to choose the right Antioch.
Alternatively, search for the name of a place (e.g., Antioch of Pisidia) at https://en.wikipedia.org . Find its ancient name in the text (Antiochia Colonia Caesarea). Search for it (its first name – Antiochia) at https://imperium.ahlfeldt.se . In the search results, find its full ancient name (Antiochia/Col. Caesarea) and click on it.
If you cannot find the ancient places in the Digital Atlas of the Roman Empire:
1) use the geographic coordinates of the ancient places that I have provided in this or previous books,
2) find the ancient place in Google Earth,
3) find the same ancient place manually in the Digital Atlas of the Roman Empire (this will also give you an idea of the road system and other ancient places in the area),
4) click on the designation of the ancient place in the Digital Atlas of the Roman Empire and it will display information about the ancient place.
This completes the search.
